摘要
目的探究护理实习教学中的性格色彩理论对PBL教学效果的影响。方法本次实验对象全部选自2017年4月至2019年5月在本院实习的42名护生,按照入院实习先后顺序分成实验组(n=21),和对照组(n=21),对照组进行普通PBL带教,实验组进行以性格色彩理论为基础的PBL带教,对比两种带教方式对护生的影响。结果实验组和对照组、绿蓝性格和红黄性格护生的教学过程、教学效能以及教学方法评分对比,(P<0.05)。两组的操作技能评分、基础知识评分以及教学满意度评分相比,(P<0.05)。结论护理实习PBL教学中进行性格色彩分析能够明显提升教学质量和效果,提升教学满意度。
Objective To explore effect of personality color theory on PBL teaching in nursing practice teaching.Methods Choose 42 casses nursing students practiced in our hospital from April 2017 to May 2019 as experiment objects,divide them into experimental group(n=21)and control group(n=21)according to admission order of internship.Control group as treated with ordinary PBL teaching,and experimental group with PBL teaching based on personality color theory.Compare effects of two teaching methods on nursing students.Results Comparison of teaching process,teaching effectiveness and teaching methods of green-blue character and red-yellow character nursing students experimental group and control group showed P<0.05.Operation skill scores,basic knowledge scores and teaching satisfaction scores showed between two groups P<0.05.Conclusion Character color analysis can obviously improve teaching quality and effect in PBL teaching of nursing practice,and improve the teaching satisfaction degree.
