摘要
目的观察预防成人心脏术后创伤后应激障碍采取加速康复外科护理的效果。方法本次实验收治82例体外循环心脏手术患者的时间是2018年7月至2019年7月,经电脑随机将其分为两组,常规护理模式应用于41例对照组,加速康复外科护理应用于41例观察组,比较两组研究对象创伤后应激障碍症状阳性发生率及术后各阶段PCL-C量表评分。结果对照组创伤后应激障碍症状阳性发生率为17.07%,显著高于观察组2.43%的创伤后应激障碍症状阳性发生率,比较数据,存在差异性(P<0.05);比较对照组,观察组恢复期、术后3个月、术后6个月PCL-C量表评分更低,数据对比,有差异性(P<0.05)。结论在预防成人心脏术后创伤后应激障碍采取加速康复外科护理,具有显著的护理效果,能够降低患者发生应激障碍症状阳性率,缓解患者不良症状,确保患者生活质量,提升治疗总有效率,有临床实践意义。
Objective To observe effect of accelerating rehabilitation nursing to prevent post-traumatic stress disorder in adult cardiac surgery.Methods Choose 82 cases cardiopulmonary bypass surgery patients from July 2018 to July 2019 in experiment.Divide them into two groups by computer randomly.41 cases control group were treated with routine nursing mode,and 41 cases observation group with accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing.Compare positive incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms and PCL-C scale scores at various stages of post-traumatic stress disorder between two groups.Results Positive incidence rate of post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms in control group was 17.07%,which was significantly higher than 2.43%in observation group,data comparison showed difference(P<0.05);PCL-C scale scores in observation group in recovery period,3 months after surgery,and 6 months after surgery were lower than control group,data comparison showed difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation nursing has significant nursing effect on preventing post-traumatic stress disorder in adult cardiac surgery patients,can reduce positive rate of patients with stress disorder symptoms,relieve their adverse symptoms,ensure life quality,and improve overall treatment efficiency,which is of clinical practical significance.
