摘要
脑白质高信号作为一种脑小血管疾病影像学表现,常见于老年人群,与老年人认知损伤、运动功能减退存在相关性。由于脑白质高信号具有较大的病理学异质性,其发生育发展机制研究与认知有限,因此预防与治疗被视为难题。有研究指出,高血压为脑白质高信号危险因素,本文将阐述了高血压对于脑白质高信号的影响与病理生物学机制,以便寻找脑白质高信号的预防、诊断与治疗新策略。
White matter hyperintensity is a kind of imaging manifestation of cerebrovascular disease,which is common for elderly,and related to cognitive impairment and motor function decline of elderly.For pathological heterogeneity of white matter hyperintensity in brain,research and cognition of its development mechanism is limited,so prevention and treatment is regarded being difficult.Studies have pointed out that hypertension is risk factor for white matter white matter hyperintensity.The article elaborates effect of hypertension on white matter white matter hyperintensity and pathological and biological mechanism to find new strategies for prevention,diagnosis and treatment of white matter hyperintensity.
