摘要
目的探讨支气管扩张剂治疗小儿喘息性疾病的效果与安全性。方法选取本院收治的喘息性疾病患儿94例,采用红蓝双色球法将其分为两组,各47例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用支气管扩张剂治疗,7d后比较两组的症状改善时间、疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿喘息缓解时间(5.08±1.13)d、肺啰音消失时间(5.13±0.96)d和住院时间(5.36±1.52)d短于对照组的(6.19±1.05)d、(6.64±1.48)d、(8.13±1.57)d(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(93.62%)高于对照组(78.72%)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(6.38%)与对照组(10.64%)比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论支气管扩张剂治疗小儿喘息性疾病能够有效缩短患儿症状改善时间,提升疗效,安全性良好,促进患儿早日康复出院。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of bronchodilators in the treatment of wheezing diseases in children.Methods A total of 94 children with wheezing disease treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups using the red and blue color ball method,each with 47 patients.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with bronchodilators.After 7 days,the symptom improvement time,curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The wheezing remission time(5.08±1.13)d,the disappearance time of lung rales(5.13±0.96)d,and the length of hospital stay(5.36±1.52)d in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(6.19±1.05)d,(6.64±1.48)d,(8.13±1.57)d(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group(93.62%)was higher than that in the control group(78.72%)(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.38%)Compared with the control group(10.64%),there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Bronchodilators can effectively reduce the time to improve the symptoms of children with wheezing in children,improve the efficacy,have good safety,and promote the early recovery and discharge of children.
