摘要
目的对门诊护理应用优质护理服务效果及心理状态分析进行研究。方法选择2019年1月至2019年12月于我院进行治疗的门诊患者100例,将其分成两个组,观察组以及对照组,每个组50例。给对照组患者实行普通的护理,为观察组患者实行优质护理,比较两个组患者经过不同护理之后的护理效果以及心理状态,其中护理效果主要通过患者的护理满意评分体现。结果经过不同的护理之后,观察组患者的护理效果(护理满意评分)相关数据优于对照组,且数据差异显著,P<0.05;使用抑郁自量表以及焦虑自量表对两个组患者的心理状态进行评估,观察组患者的心理状态变化相关数据明显优于对照组,且数据差异显著,P<0.05。结论对门诊进行治疗的患者实施优质护理的模式,不仅提高了门诊的相关护理效率和质量,还能帮助患者改善其心理状态,提高治疗的效果,增强患者满意度,对患者的预后有很大的改善作用,建议临床上推崇使用。
Objective To study the effect and quality of mental health of outpatient nursing care.Methods 100 outpatients who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups,observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given general nursing care,and patients in the observation group were given high-quality nursing care.The nursing effects and psychological states of patients in the two groups after different nursing were compared.The nursing effect was mainly reflected by the patient’s nursing satisfaction score.Results After different nursing,the related data of the nursing effect(care satisfaction score)of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the data were significantly different,P<0.05;the depression self-scale and the anxiety self-scale were used for the two groups of patients.The psychological state of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the data were significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusion The mode of implementing high-quality care for patients treated in outpatient clinics not only improves the efficiency and quality of outpatient-related care,but also helps patients improve their mental state,improve the effect of treatment,enhance patient satisfaction,and have a very good prognosis Great improvement,it is recommended to use it clinically.
