Objective To explore the clinical nursing application of acute high altitude pulmonary edema. Methods A total of 128 patients with pulmonary edema treated in the emergency department of our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into two groups with 64 cases in each group, and the observation group and control group were given different nursing methods. The observation group adopted comprehensive nursing interventions, which mainly included psychological intervention, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, oxygen inhalation care, health education and so on,the control group adopted routine nursing.Comparison of nursing effectiveness, quality of care(ward management, basic care, health education)and length of hospital stay between the two groups. Results Compared with the effective rate, the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group by using the comprehensive nursing mode(P<0.05).Compared with the quality of care and the length of hospital stay, the indicators of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant significance. Conclusion For patients with acute high altitude pulmonary edema, the nursing mode has a greater impact on patients.Providing patients with high-quality comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively improve the patient’s condition, improve the quality and efficiency of care, and help patients recover and be discharged soon.
