摘要
目的对比腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术和经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法以2018年5月至2020年5月在我院接受腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的20例子宫肌瘤患者作为观察组,另选取同期于我院接受经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的20例子宫肌瘤患者作为对照组,对两种手术方式的有效性和安全性进行比较。结果观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,组间比较存在显著差异(P<0.05);观察组患者的手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,有显著差异;观察组患者的术后胃肠功能恢复时间、首次排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,组间比较有显著差异;与对照组相比,观察组患者的并发症发生率更低,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤的临床治疗上,腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的治疗效果优于经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术,可优化手术指标,缩短患者术后身体康复时间,且并发症少,手术安全性高,具备临床应用和推广价值。
Objective to compare curative effect of laparoscopic myomectomy and transabdominal myomectomy in treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods choose 20 cases hysteromyoma patiens with laparoscopic uterine fibroids in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 as observation group,and 20 cases with transabdominal myomectomy in our hospital during the same period as control group.Compare effectiveness and safety of two surgical methods.Results treatment effect of observation group was significantly higher than control group,difference was significant between groups(P<0.05);operation time in observation group was shorter than control group,intraoperative blood loss was less than control group.Postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,first exhaust time,out of bed time,length of stay of observation group was significantly shorter than control group,difference was significant between groups;complications incidence of observation group was lower than control group,difference was significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion laparoscopic myomectomy can achieve better effect than transabdominal myomectomy for uterine fibroids patients,can optimize surgical indexes,shorten postoperative recovery time with less complications incidence and higher safety,which is of clinical application and promotion value.
