摘要
目的分析经外侧裂岛叶与经皮质入路血肿清除术对老年脑出血患者的影响效果。方法选取我院2017年5月至2019年6月收治的110例老年脑出血患者为研究对象,随机将其分为A、B两组,A组经外侧裂岛叶进入血肿腔,B组患者经皮质入路进入血肿腔,对比两组患者手术与手术效果。结果不论是手术情况还是手术效果,A组均优于B组。结论对老年脑出血患者进行治疗时,经外侧裂岛叶进入血肿腔内,可以有效改善手术情况,提升手术效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective to analyze effect of transcortical hematoma clearance on elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods choose 110 cases elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to June 2019,divide them into two groups randomly:group A was treated with hematoma cavity therapy from lateral insular lobes,group B with hematoma cavity therapy with cortical approach.Compare surgical effect between two groups.Results operative condition and effect of group A was better than group B.Conclusion hematoma cavity therapy from lateral fissure Island lobe can improve operation condition and effect effectively in treatment of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage,which is of high clinical application value.
