摘要
目的探讨分析综合护理干预在针刀闭合松解术治疗神经根型颈椎病中的应用。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月期间我院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字分组,对照组及观察组,两组均为40例。观察组患者给予超声引导下颈神经根穿刺松解术,对照组给予传统盲穿法松解术,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组在护理后治疗有效率和护理满意度均优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预的方式在针刀闭合松解术治疗神经根型颈椎病的应用中,能够促使患者早日康复,提高治疗有效率,提高护理满意度,有较好的临床效果,值得推广应用。
Objective to explore and analyze application of comprehensive nursing intervention in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with needle-knife closure loosening.Methods choose 80 cases cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 as research objects.Divide them into two groups with random number grouping method,40 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided cervical nerve root puncture and release,and control group with traditional blind puncture and loosening.Compare treatment effect between two groups.Results treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group after treatment,difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention can promote early recovery of patients cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with needle-knife closure and loosening,improve treatment effect,improve nursing satisfaction with good clinical effect.
