摘要
目的通过调查探讨优质护理服务对患者在院感染发生率的影响,并总结经验。方法本文将优质护理与一般护理进行对照,选取2018年1月至2019年12月本院发生了医院感染的100例患者分为观察组和对照组,以一般护理为对照组,以优质护理为观察组,然后统计数据比较两组护理对院感发生率的影响。结果在实施了优质护理后,由于实施了隔离、消毒管理等措施,医院感染发生率降低了很多,病人得到了更优质的服务,护理方面的评分比优质护理实施以前高很多,医患满意度大大提高。结论优质护理对院感发生率有很大的影响,提高了患者对医院的满意度,降低了院内感染的发生率,使患者的健康得到了保障。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing service on the incidence of nosocomial infection and summarize the experience.Methods The quality nursing was compared with the general nursing,from January 2018 to December 2019,100 patients with nosocomial infection in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,taking general nursing as the control group and quality nursing as the observation group,then the statistical data were compared between the two groups on the incidence of hospital sense.Results After the implementation of high-quality nursing,due to the implementation of isolation,disinfection management and other measures,the incidence of nosocomial infection decreased a lot,patients received better service,nursing scores were much higher than before the implementation of high-quality nursing,and the satisfaction of doctors and patients was greatly improved.Conclusion High quality nursing has a great influence on the incidence of hospital infection,improves the patients’satisfaction with the hospital,reduces the incidence of nosocomial infection,and ensures the patients’health.
