摘要
目的探讨个案管理模式对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法将2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的80例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予整体护理干预模式,比较分析两种护理模式的应用效果差异情况。结果观察组的满意度为80.0%明显高于对照组的52.0%(P<0.05);护理后观察组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个案管理模式能明显提高精神分裂症患者护理满意度和日常生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of case management mode on the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given the routine nursing intervention mode while the observation group was given holistic nursing intervention model.The differences in the application effects of the two nursing model were compared.Results The satisfaction of the observation group was 80.0%,which was significantly higher than 52.0%of the control group(P<0.05).The quality life scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The case management model can significantly improve the satisfaction of nursing and improve the quality of daily life for patients.
