摘要
目的研究在肝胆外科护理中应用固定腹腔引流管的效果。方法本文随机选取2018年3月至2019年3月54例肝胆外科患者,对照组使用蝶形交叉方法,观察组采用高举平台固定法,对比分析应用效果。结果经本文研究,观察组无皮肤破损、皮肤潮红、皮肤瘙痒的过敏情况。观察组引流管滑脱率、更换时间与对照组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论使用高举平台固定方法对腹腔引流管进行固定可以获得良好的治疗效果,降低固定材料更换频率,减少患者皮肤过敏情况,可在临床治疗中广泛应用。
Objective To study effect of fixed abdominal drainage tube in hepatobiliary surgical nursing.Methods The article randomly choose 54 cases hepatobiliary surgery patients from March 2018 to March 2019.Control group was treated with butterfly cross method,and observation group with high-lift platform fixation method.Compare and analyze application effect.Results After the study in this article,observation group had no allergies of skin damage,skin flushing and itching.Slippage rate and replacement time of drainage tube in observation group was significantly different from control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion High-lift platform fixation method can obtain good therapeutic effect to fix abdominal drainage tube,reduce frequency of fixing material replacement,and skin allergies of patients,which can be widely applied in clinical treatment.
