摘要
目的探讨超声在乳腺导管原位癌中的诊断价值。方法纳入2017年6月至2019年6月32例乳腺导管原位癌患者作为研究对象,分别采取超声检查和X线摄影检查,并全部经手术病理证实。结果男性17例,女性15例,平均年龄(50.03±3.65)岁,肿块平均大小(21.05±3.52)mm。超声检查发现21例(65.63%)患者肿块伴钙化,5例(15.63%)只有肿块,3例只有钙化(9.38%)。乳腺X线钼靶检查中表现仅为软组织肿块的为7例(21.88%),钙化3例(9.38%)。结论超声在乳腺导管原位癌中的临床诊断中起着重大作用,可以提高早期乳腺导管原位癌的诊断率。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in the calcification of breast ductal carcinoma in situ.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,totally 32 cases of breast ductal carcinoma in situ were included as the study subjects.Ultrasound and X-ray were performed respectively,and all of them were confirmed by operation and pathology.Results There were 17 male patients and 15 female patients,with an average age of(50.03±3.65)years and an average mass size of(21.05±3.52)mm.Ultrasound showed that 21 patients(65.63%)had mass with calcification,5 patients(15.63%)only had mass,3 patients only had calcification(9.38%).In mammography,there were 7 cases(21.88%)with soft tissue mass and 3 cases(9.38%)with calcification.Conclusion Ultrasound plays an important role in the clinical diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ(cis)calcification,which can improve the rate of early diagnosis.
