摘要
目的在对普外科急腹症进行治疗的过程中,分析腹腔镜技术的治疗效果。方法随机选择我院2018年11月至2019年10月接诊的普外科急腹症患者46例为临床观察对象,将患者平均分成两组,对照组患者采用常规手术的方式进行治疗,观察组患者采用腹腔镜技术进行治疗,分析两组患者的临床效果,以及手术情况。结果从本次研究结果来看,通过对两组患者的治疗有效率进行统计分析,观察组患者的治疗有效率整体高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、以及排气时间均明显少于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在对普外科急腹症患者进行治疗的过程中,相比于常规手术的治疗方式,腹腔镜治疗方式具有更好地效果,不但可增强患者临床治疗,也可缩短患者手术时间以及住院时间等。
Objective To analyze the treatment effect of laparoscopy in the treatment of acute abdomen in general surgery.Methods Forty-six patients with general abdomen and acute abdomen admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were randomly selected as clinical observation objects,and the patients were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional surgery.The patients in the group were treated with laparoscopy,and the clinical effects and surgical conditions of the two groups were analyzed.Results From the results of this study,through statistical analysis of the treatment effectiveness of the two groups of patients,the treatment effectiveness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group as a whole(P<0.05).The operation time,hospitalization time,and exhaust time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional surgical treatment,laparoscopic treatment is used in the treatment of patients with acute abdomen with general surgery.This method has better results,which not only enhances the clinical treatment of patients,but also shortens the operation time and hospitalization time of patients.
