摘要
目的探究运用改进拇指尺背侧岛状皮瓣修复拇指皮肤缺损的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2020年1月本院收治的40例拇指皮肤缺损患者为研究对象,并采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组20例。对照组采用邻指带蒂皮瓣修复方案,而观察组采用改进拇指尺背侧岛状皮瓣修复方案,比较两组患者的皮瓣存活率、术后指功能情况以及患者满意度。结果治疗后,观察组患者的拇指外观、痛觉、触觉、综合质地感觉以及辨别觉指标评分均高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者皮瓣存活率中,S0级和S1级的患者明显高于对照组患者,且S2级患者要少于对照组患者,观察组的满意度(20例,100.00%)明显高于对照组(17例,100.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用改进拇指尺背侧岛状皮瓣修复拇指皮肤缺损,能有效提升患者的皮瓣存活率,促进其指功能恢复,且患者的满意度高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the thumb ulnar dorsal island flap in repairing the skin defect of the thumb.Methods Forty patients with thumb skin defects treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group used the adjacent finger pedicled flap repair scheme,while the observation group used the modified thumb ulnar dorsal island flap repair scheme.The flap survival rate,postoperative finger function,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the thumb appearance,pain,touch,comprehensive texture,and discriminative index scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the flap survival rates were S0 and S1.Patients were significantly higher than those in the control group,and S2 patients were less than those in the control group.The satisfaction of the observation group(20 cases,100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(17 cases,100.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The repair of thumb skin defect with improved ulnar dorsal island flap of thumb can effectively improve the survival rate of patients’flaps,promote the recovery of finger function,and have high patient satisfaction.
