摘要
目的对临床进行肛肠手术后的患者采取中西医结合治疗的效果情况进行对比评价,以观察有关方法的应用成效和价值。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月被本院肛肠科收治进行肛肠手术之后的患者70例,并随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。两组人数完全一致情况下,对照组行常规西医进行治疗,而观察组则采用中西医结合治疗的方法开展干预,对干预之后的治疗效果、并发症发生率进行观察,以对比最终效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显更高(P<0.05),而并发症总体的发生率更低一些(P<0.05),说明开展干预之后患者的疾病问题得到了明显改善和缓解。结论对于肛肠手术之后的患者来说,选取中西医结合的治疗方法最终效果更好,对患者影响更为积极,有助于改善并发症等方面的问题,优化临床治疗效果,降低并发症的发生率,促进患者术后的恢复。
Objective To compare and evaluate effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on patients with anorectal surgery in clinical practice,and observe effect and value of relevant methods.Methods We chose 70 cases of anorectal surgery patients in all anorectal departments of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020,divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 35 cases in each.Numbers of two groups were exactly the same,control group was treated with routine Western medicine,while observation group with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine intervention.Observed treatment effect and incidence of complications after intervention,and compared final effect.Results Total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05),overall incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05),indicating that disease problems of patients have been significantly improved and alleviated after intervention.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can achieve better and more positive final effect on patients after anorectal surgery,improve complications and other problems,optimize clinical treatment effect,and reduce complications incidence and promote recovery of patients after surgery.
