摘要
目的探讨回授法在降低帕金森病员跌倒风险的效果。方法方便抽样法选取某三甲医院神经内科2018年9月到2019年2月住院治疗的61例帕金森病员作为对照组,将2019年3月到2019年8月住院治疗的的62例帕金森病员作为试验组。采用回授法对实验组进行跌倒防范知识健康宣教后比较两组病员住院期间及出院6月内跌倒发生率。结果试验组病员在院期间及出院6月内跌倒发生率明显低于对照组(0.00%vs 3.3%,x2=4.20,P=0.04;3.2%vs 11.5%,x2=4.02,P=0.045)。结论通过对帕金森病员采用回授法进行跌倒防范知识的健康教育,可降低帕金森病员住院期间及出院6个月内的跌倒发生风险,并且提高了病员的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of feedback method in reducing the risk of falls in patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods 61 patients with Parkinson’s disease who were hospitalized from September 2018 to February 2019 in the department of neurology of a grade a hospital were selected as the control group by convenient sampling method,and 62 patients with Parkinson’s disease who were hospitalized from March 2019 to August 2019 were selected as the experimental group.The incidence of falls during hospitalization and within 6 months after discharge was compared between the experimental group and the experimental group.Results The incidence of falls in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(0.00%vs3.3%,x~2=4.20,P=0.04.3.2%vs11.5%,x~2=4.02,P=0.045).Conclusion The health education of fall prevention knowledge based on feedback method can reduce the risk of fall in pd patients during hospitalization and within 6 months after discharge,and improve the satisfaction of pd patients.
