摘要
目的分析在新形势下,采取新思路对紧张医患关系进行缓解的有效措施。方法选取我院于2018年1月至2019年12月收治的200例患者进行分析。其中以2018年1月至2018年12月收治的100例患者(未应用新思路)作为本次研究的对照组,以2019年1月至2019年12月收治的100例患者(应用新思路)作为本次研究观察组。对比两组患者的医院不良事件发生情况及医患纠纷投诉率。结果观察组患者不良事件发生率与医患纠纷投诉率明显低于对照组患者,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在新形势,采取新思路对医患关系紧张的问题进行解决,能有效促进医患纠纷投诉率的降低,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effective measures to relieve the tense doctor-patient relationship under the new situation.Methods Two hundred patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected for analysis.Among them,100 patients(without new ideas)admitted from January 2018 to December 2018 were taken as the control group of this study,and 100 patients(with new ideas)admitted from January 2019 to December 2019 were taken as the observation group of this study.The incidence of adverse events and the complaint rate of medical disputes were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events and medical disputes in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the new situation,taking new ideas to solve the problem of tense relationship between doctors and patients can effectively promote the reduction of complaint rate of medical disputes,which is worth popularizing.
