摘要
目的分析在临床输血中进行不规则抗体筛选的应用价值。方法从我院在2018年7月至2019年12月接收的输血患者中抽取2000例,对所有患者的血液进行不规则抗体筛选,回顾分析患者的不规则抗体检查结果,分析其特异性分布特点。结果本次抽取的2000例输血患者的血液不规则抗体检查结果指出有17例不规则抗体阳性,检出率0.85%,其中男性2例,女性15例,对其特异性鉴定中抗-E占35.29%,自身抗体占17.64%,抗-C和抗-M均占11.76%,属于在不规则抗体特异性中分布较多。结论为了降低输血反应引发的风险,可在患者输血前对其不规则抗体进行一个快速检查,针对溶血等不良输血反应可以做到较好的预防,是保障患者输血安全的重要环节。
Objective To analyze the application value of irregular antibody screening in clinical blood transfusion.Methods Two thousand blood transfusion patients received in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected,irregular antibody screening was carried out on the blood of the patients,the irregular antibody examination results of the patients were retrospectively analyzed,and their specific distribution characteristics were analyzed.Results The blood antibody examination results of 2000 blood transfusion patients showed 17 irregular antibodies,with a detection rate of 0.85%,of which 2 were male patients and 15 were female patients.Anti-E accounted for 35.29%,autoantibody accounted for 17.64%,Anti-C and Anti-M accounted for 11.76%in the specificity identification,belonging to a large distribution in the specificity of irregular antibodies.Conclusion In order to reduce the risk caused by blood transfusion reaction,a rapid examination of irregular antibodies can be carried out before blood transfusion.Adverse blood transfusion reactions such as hemolysis can be well prevented,which is an important link to ensure the safety of blood transfusion for patients.
