摘要
目的探究对于精神分裂症患者采用氨磺必利进行治疗的临床效果和对患者预后的影响。方法选择我院在2015年1月至2020年1月收治的患者精神分裂患者共计38例。根据对患者的治疗方式的不同分为对照组19例和观察组19例。观察组采用氨磺必利进行治疗,对照组采用利培酮进行治疗。治疗结束后对治疗效果进行对比,同时比较两组患者预后各项情况。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为94.74%,高于对照组患者73.68%。观察组患者的SDSS、GQOLI-74、MCCB、MCCB各项得分均优于对照组患者,数据对比存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对于精神分裂症患者采用氨磺必利进行治疗能够有效提升患者治疗效果,改善患者的预后情况,值得在临床治疗过程中进行推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of amisulpride for schizophrenia patients and its influence on the prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 38 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were selected.According to the different treatment methods of the patients,they were divided into 19 cases in the control group and 19 cases in the observation group.The observation group was treated with amisulpride,and the control group was treated with risperidone.After the treatment,the treatment effects were compared,and the prognosis of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than 73.68%in the control group.Moreover,the scores of SDSS,GQOLI-74,MCCB,and MCCB of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the data comparison was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of schizophrenia with amisulpride can effectively enhance the treatment effect of patients and improve the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of promotion in the clinical treatment process.
