摘要
目的探讨集束化护理干预方法在手足口病患儿中的具体应用。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月60例手足口病患儿为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各30例,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者则加施集束化护理干预方法,比较两组患儿主要症状消失时间、住院时间,并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果实验组患儿主要症状消失时间、住院时间均显著优于对照组;实验组患儿并发症发生率显著低于对照组;患儿家属对护理工作满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预方法在手足口病患儿中的具体应用效果显著,可提升护理满意度,具有临床借鉴意义。
Objective To explore specific application of clustered nursing intervention methods in children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods We chose 60 children with hand,foot and mouth disease from August 2018 to August 2019,divided them into two groups randomly.Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,and experimental group with cluster nursing intervention methods.Compare symptom disappearance time,length of hospital stay,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups.Results Disappearance time and length of stay of experimental group was significantly better than control group;incidence of complications in experimental group was significantly lower than control group;satisfaction degree of children’s family with nursing work was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clustered nursing intervention methods can achieve significant specific application effect in children with hand,foot and mouth disease,improve nursing satisfaction degree,which is of clinical reference significance.
