摘要
目的探究牙髓血管再生术治疗年轻恒牙的临床应用疗效及对术后VAS评分的影响。方法将2018年1月至2019年4月60例年轻恒牙病变患者,以简单随机化法分组,对照组根尖诱导成形术治疗,实验组牙髓血管再生术治疗,分析2组年轻恒牙病变患者治疗结果的差异性。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的VAS疼痛评分低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论年轻恒牙病变患者接受牙髓血管再生术治疗,可获得较好的效果,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pulp vascular regeneration on young permanent teeth and its effect on postoperative VAS score.Methods A total of 60 young patients with permanent permanent tooth lesions from January 2018 to April 2019 were divided into groups by simple randomization.The control group was treated with apex induction and the experimental group was treated with pulp vascular regeneration.Differences in treatment outcomes of patients with lesions.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS pain score of the experimental group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Young patients with permanent tooth lesions can be treated with pulpal vascular regeneration,which can obtain better results and higher safety.
