摘要
目的分析在日间食管癌放疗患者护理中对患者实施个体化营养干预的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月收治的58例食管癌放疗患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,两组均给予常规护理,观察组同时实施个体化营养干预,比较两组护理效果。结果组间干预后各项营养指标水平比较,观察组在血红蛋白水平、血清白蛋白水平、转铁蛋白水平、体质量指数均比对照组高,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。组间不良反应发生率比较,对照组和观察组不良反应发生率分别为20.7%、6.9%,其中观察组发生率更低,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在日间食管癌放疗患者护理中对患者实施个体化营养干预的效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyzed effect of individualized nutritional interventions in nursing of patients with esophageal cancer during radiotherapy.Methods The paper chose 58 esophageal cancer patients with radiotherapy from January 2019 to January 2020 as research objects,divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Both groups was treated with routine nursing,and observation group was added with individualized nutritional interventions.Nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results After intervention,levels of various nutritional indicators between groups comparisho showed,hemoglobin level,serum albumin level,transferrin level,and body mass index of observation group were higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between groups showed,incidence of adverse reactions in control group and observation group was 20.7%and 6.9%respectively,that of observation group was lower,difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nutrition intervention can achieve significant effect on patients with esophageal cancer during daytime radiotherapy,which is worthy of promotion.
