摘要
目的分析连续性血液净化治疗重症脓毒血症的护理配合要点。方法选取我院2018年6月至2019年8月进行连续性血液净化治疗的64例重症脓毒血症患者为探究对象实施分析,通过随机分组法将患者均分成2组,包括观察组、参照组,各组纳入32例。观察组患者接受综合护理配合,参照组接受基础护理配合,对护理情况进行评价。结果观察组治疗总有效率、家属护理满意度较高以及相关临床指标更趋于正常水平,P<0.05。结论给予接受连续性血液净化治疗的重症脓毒血症患者综合护理配合,可显著提升整体治疗效果,有利于改善患者预后及生命质量,同时还可提高家属对于护理工作的满意度,具有临床实施、推广价值。
Objective To analyzed nursing cooperation points of continuous blood purification in treatment of severe sepsis.Methods The paper chose 64 patients with severe sepsis with continuous blood purification treatment in our hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 as research objects for analysis,and divided them into 2 groups with randomization method,including observation group and reference group,32 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing cooperation,and reference group with basic nursing cooperation.Nursing status was evaluated.Results Total effective rate of treatment,nursing satisfaction of family in observation group was higher,and relative clinical indicators tended to be normal,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing cooperation can improve overall treatment effect of severe sepsis patients receiving continuous blood purification treatment significantly,is beneficial to improve prognosis and life quality of patients,and increase nursing satisfaction of family members at the same time,which has implement and promote value.
