摘要
目的探究在老年心血管疾病患者的检验和治疗过程中采用甲状腺功能检测的临床应用价值。方法选择了我院在2019年4月至2020年4月收治的老年心血管疾病患者共计158例,将患者列为观察组。同时选择了同期的158例健康人群作为对照组。对两组患者的实际检测结果进行对比分析。结果①两组患者甲状腺功能异常情况检出率对比:观察组患者的整体甲状腺功能异常情况检出率为23.42%,高于对照组患者的12.03%,两组患者对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。②两组患者血清各项激素水平对比:观察组患者的TSH、FT3、FT4浓度和对照组差异大,两组患者对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论老年心血管疾病患者中甲状腺水平异常有较高的检出率。在临床医学检测中,可以通过甲状腺功能检测的方式来佐证患者的心血管疾病,提升患者检测的准确率,因此值得在临床上进行推广。在临床检测过程中还是需要以多种检测手段结果进行多次论证的方式以保证对患者的检出率和诊断的准确率。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of thyroid function detection in the examination and treatment of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods A total of 158 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the observation group.Meanwhile,158 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.The actual detection results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results①The detection rate of abnormal thyroid function was compared between the two groups:The detection rate of thyroid dysfunction in the observation group was 23.42%,which was higher than 12.03% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).② Comparison of serum hormone levels between the two groups:The concentration of TSH,FT3 and FT4 in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion There is a high detection rate of thyroid abnormalities in elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases.In clinical medical detection,thyroid function test can be used to prove the cardiovascular disease of patients and improve the detection accuracy of patients,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.In the process of clinical detection,it is still necessary to demonstrate the results of multiple detection methods to ensure the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of patients.
