摘要
目的分析注射用脂溶性维生素严重不良反应。方法本研究共350例研究对象,均为2018年10月至2020年10月来我院进行注射用脂溶性维生素治疗后出现严重不良反应患者,收集患者的各项信息,分析不良反应发生情况。结果统计严重不良反应患者的年龄与性别分布情况:350例患者中,女性220例,占比为62.86%(220/350);男性130例,占比为37.14%(130/350);女性的构成比明显高于男性的构成比(χ^(2)=13.230,P=0.000)。统计严重不良反应患者的原患疾病350例患者中,有三类疾病最为常见:原患泌尿生殖系统疾病、消化呼吸系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病患。既往药品不良反应史不详且无家族史患者的例数最多,有230例,构成比为65.71%。结论注射用脂溶性维生素治疗后,患者容易发生不良反应,生产企业在制作注射用脂溶性维生素的过程中需要加强安全监测,及时更新药品说明书的内容,提示用药可能出现的不良反应,引起临床医师和患者的注意,结合患者的病情选择合适的药物剂量,减少不良反应的发生,提高用药安全性。
Objective To analyze the serious adverse reactions of fat soluble vitamins for injection.Methods A total of 350 patients with severe adverse reactions after treatment with fat soluble vitamins for injection in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were enrolled in this study.The information of patients was collected and the occurrence of adverse reactions was analyzed.Results Statistics of age and gender distribution of patients with severe adverse reactions:among 350 patients,there were 220 female patients,accounting for 62.86%(220/350).One hundred and thirty male patients,accounting for 37.14%(130/350).The constituent ratio of female patients was significantly higher than that of male patients(χ^(2)=13.230,P=0.000).According to the statistics of 350 cases of primary diseases in patients with severe adverse reactions,three kinds of diseases are the most common:primary urogenital diseases,digestive and respiratory diseases,respiratory diseases.The number of patients with unknown history of adverse drug reactions and no family history was the most,230 cases,the constituent ratio was 65.71%.Conclusion After the treatment of fat soluble vitamins for injection,patients are prone to adverse reactions.In the process of making fat soluble vitamins for injection,manufacturers need to strengthen safety monitoring,timely update the contents of drug instructions,prompt the possible adverse reactions of medication,attract the attention of clinicians and patients,and select the appropriate drug dose according to the patient’s condition,so as to reduce the adverse reactions The occurrence of good reaction can improve the safety of medication.
