摘要
目的探讨复明2号车批量化白内障手术感染风险预测模型建立及应用效果。方法选取2015年1月至2020年4月复明2号车实施白内障手术患者11500例进行回顾性分析,根据患者术后感染情况分析影响感染发生独立危险因素,计算白内障手术后感染数字预测模型,按照预测模型将2020年4月至2021年1月复明2号车实施白内障手术患者600例分为高风险组(护理风险管理措施,300例)和基础组(常规护理干预,300例),比较两组患者术后视力、感染等并发症及不良事件发生率。结果风险组和基础组术后自理能力、满意度平分无明显差异(P>0.05)。风险组和基础组术后视力恢复疗效无统计学意义(96.00%vs.98.00%,P>0.05)。风险组患者术后发生感染性眼内炎发生率和基础组比较无统计学意义(1.67%%vs.1.00%,P>0.05)。结论复明2号车批量白内障手术感染风险预测模型建立后针对性进行护理干预,可协助提高风险患者手术疗效、降低手术并发症。
Objective To explore establishment and application effect of infection risk prediction model for batch cataract surgery in fuming No.2 vehicle.Methods The paper chose 11500 patients with cataract surgery in fuming No.2 vehicle from January 2015 to April 2020 for retrospective analysis,analyzed independent risk factors of infection according to their postoperative infection,and calculated numerical prediction model of postoperative infection.According to prediction model,600 cases cataract surgery patients in fuming No.2 vehicle from April 2020 to January 2021 were divided them into high-risk group(with nursing risk management measures,300 cases)and basic group(with routine nursing intervention,300 cases).Postoperative visual acuity,infection and other complications and adverse events were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in scores of self-care ability and satisfaction degree between risk group and basic group(P>0.05),no significant difference in visual acuity recovery between risk group and basic group(96.00%vs.98.00%,P>0.05),no significant difference in incidence of postoperative infectious endophthalmitis between risk group and basic group(1.67%vs.1.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention after establishing risk prediction model of batch cataract surgery infection in fuming No.2 vehicle can improve surgical effect of risky patients and reduce surgical complications.
