摘要
目的研究人员深入分析感染性疾病患者选择微生物检验在预防及诊断治疗的临床价值,进一步判断其微生物检验是否值得在临床上推广使用。方法研究人员收集2017年10月至2018年10月云南省曲靖市第一人民医院诊治的150例感染性疾病患者作为本次研究的对象,随机数字表法将其划分为两组,为对照组(n=75)和观察组(n=75)。对照组采用常规检验的方式,观察组采用微生物检验的方式,在对接受检验后,对两组患者的统计数据进行分析,对比感染情况、诊断总有效率以及检验效果。结果观察组的感染情况明显好于对照组,且观察组97.33%的诊断总有效率也远远高于对照组的78.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论感染性疾病患者推荐行择微生物检验,能够在预防及诊断治疗过程中提高检验效果,有效降低感染情况,提高诊断效率,检验效果更好,具备较高的临床应用效果。
Objective To analyze clinical value of microbiological test in prevention,diagnosis and treatment of patients with infectious diseases,and judge whether it is worthy of clinical application further.Methods Researchers collected 150 cases infectious diseases patients treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 as study objects,and divided them into two groups randomLy:control group(n=75)and observation group(n=75).Control group was treated with routine test,and observation group with microbiological test.After receiving test,statistical data between two groups were analyzed,infection situation,total effective rate of diagnosis and test effect was compared.Results Infection of observation group was significantly better than control group,and total effective rate 97.33%in observation group was much higher than 78.67%in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Microbiological test can improve test effect during process of prevention,diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases patients,reduce infection,improve diagnosis efficiency effectively with better test effect and higher clinical application effect.
