摘要
目的评价脾气虚弱型萎缩型老年性黄斑变性患者行中药方剂联合维生素C片的临床应用价值。方法选择德州联合医院2018年1月至2019年1月接诊的78例脾气虚弱型萎缩型老年性黄斑变性患者,使用奇偶法分为对照组和观察组(39例/组),对照组(患眼42只)接受西药治疗,观察组(患眼43只)接受中药方剂+维生素C片结合治疗,比较2组脾气虚弱型萎缩型老年性黄斑变性患者治疗效果。结果观察组的黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(210.35±66.36)μm小于对照组,视力(0.43±0.22)高于对照组,中医症状积分(9.02±2.84)分小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脾气虚弱型萎缩型老年性黄斑变性患者行中药方剂联合维生素C片效果确切。
Objective To evaluate clinical application value of traditional Chinese medicine combined with vitamin C tablets in patients with atrophic elderly macular degeneration of spleen qi deficiency type.Methods The paper chose 78 patients with atrophic elderly macular degeneration of spleen qi deficiency type from January 2018 to January 2019,and divided them into control group and observation group(39 cases/group)with parity method.Control group(42 eyes)was treated with western medicine treatment,and observation group(43 eyes)with traditional Chinese Medicine prescription plus vitamin C tablets.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results Macular fovea retinal thickness of observation group was(210.35±66.36)μm,less than control group;Visual acuity was(0.43±0.22),higher than control group;TCM symptom scores were(9.02±2.84),lower than control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with vitamin C tablets can achieve accurate effect for patients with atrophic elderly macular degeneration of spleen qi deficiency type,which is worthy of clinical application.
