摘要
目的分析人性化护理对自体富血小板血浆联合负压封闭引流技术治疗难愈性创面患者的应用效果。方法选择2019年3月至2021年5月安徽省蚌埠市蚌埠医学院第一附属医院接受自体富血小板血浆联合负压封闭引流技术治疗的20例难愈性创面患者作为本次研究主体,根据电子式随机法将所有患者分为两组,对照组(10例)予以常规护理,观察组(10例)采取人性化护理,对两种护理模式的应用效果进行分析。结果接受护理后,观察组创面康复指标及护理满意度均优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组心理状态评分、并发症概率均低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对自体富血小板血浆联合负压封闭引流治疗的难愈性创面患者予以人性化护理,能有效缩短创面生长时间,改善其焦虑情绪,降低并发症风险,提高护理满意度,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing on refractory wounds treated with autologous platelet rich plasma combined with vacuum sealing drainage.Methods From March 2019 to May 2021,20 patients with refractory wounds in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the electronic random method,all patients were divided into two groups.The control group(10 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(10 cases)received humanistic nursing,analyze the application effects of the two nursing modes.Results After receiving nursing,the wound rehabilitation index and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The mental state score and complication probability of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing for patients with refractory wounds treated by autologous platelet rich plasma combined with vacuum sealing drainage can effectively shorten the wound growth time,improve their anxiety,reduce the risk of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of application.
