摘要
药物流产是一种非手术流产方式,现在已经在全国大规模推行此项技术。由于该技术损伤少、痛苦小,早孕妇女的接受度非常高,但是在药流过程中也出现了诸多问题,例如对药物流产的认识误区、用药方法不当、副作用处理不及时,还有心理护理不到位等造成许多不良后果的发生,有的甚至发生罕见不良反应,应该想到药物流产的可能性,及时进行相应的救治措施,避免给流产者带来更大的危害。特别是异位妊娠误行药物流产值得重视,异位妊娠者草率服用药物进行流产后发生腹腔内出血,导致失血性休克,甚至危及流产者的生命。此次本文通过选取2013年至今到本科室治疗的3600例药物流产者作为研究对象,根据临床实际情况分析药物流产中出现的问题,提出一些粗浅意见和建议。
Drug abortion is a non surgical abortion method,and it has been widely implemented in China.Due to less damage and less pain,early pregnant women have a high degree of acceptance,but there are also many problems in the process of drug abortion,such as misunderstanding of drug abortion,improper drug use,untimely treatment of side effects,and inadequate psychological care,resulting in many adverse consequences,some even rare adverse reactions,Should think of the possibility of drug abortion,timely treatment measures to avoid greater harm to abortion.In particular,ectopic pregnancy misusing drug abortion is worthy of attention.Ectopic pregnancy patients who take drugs rashly have intra-abdominal hemorrhage after abortion,which leads to hemorrhagic shock and even endangers the life of abortion patients.This paper selects 3600 cases of drug logistics producers who have been treated in our department since 2013 as the research object,analyzes the problems in drug abortion according to the actual clinical situation,and puts forward some superficial opinions and suggestions.
