摘要
目的探讨普伐他汀的药理作用和临床应用价值。方法2020年5月至2021年5月选择高脂血症患者作为研究对象,病例数30例,采用随机数字法进行分组,其中对照组15例给予常规剂量普伐他汀钠片治疗,观察组15例给予大剂量普伐他汀钠片治疗,比较临床疗效、用药前后血脂指标、用药不良反应情况。结果观察组疗效86.67%,高于对照组疗效80.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与用药前比较,两组患者甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)以及总胆固醇(TC)均有明显下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显上升,且观察组血脂指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药不良反应发生率13.33%,与对照组用药不良反应发生率6.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普伐他汀在治疗高脂血症病例中有比较理想的疗效,患者血脂指标得到有效改善,且用药安全,大剂量用药相比于常规剂量用药的整体疗效更好,可以进行临床应用。
Objective To investigate the pharmacological action and clinical value of pravastatin.Methods 30 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia were selected as subjects,from May 2020 to May 2021.Using random numbers,in the control group,15 patients were treated with pravastatin sodium tablets and in the observation group,15 patients were treated with high dose pravastatin sodium tablets,to compare the clinical effect,blood lipid index and adverse reactions before and after medication.Results The curative effect of the observation group was 86.67%,which was higher than that of the control group by 80.00%.The difference was not significant(P>0.05).Compared with pre-medication,there were significant decreases in triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and total cholesterol(TC)in both groups,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)increased significantly.And the blood lipid index in the observation group was better than that in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 13.33%,and compared with 6.67%in the control group,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Pravastatin has an ideal effect in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.The blood lipid index of the patients was improved effectively,and it is safe.The overall effect of high dose is better than that of conventional dose.It can be used clinically.
