摘要
目的研究原发性膝骨关节炎采用中药穴位注射+外敷温经药酒+电磁波理疗联合治疗的效果。方法自2021年1月至2021年9月选取180例原发性膝骨关节炎病例纳入研究,将患者治疗方案作为分组依据,对其疗效进行对照研究。结果观察组治疗后的疼痛评分低于对照组,膝关节功能评分高于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组评分皆有一定增长,其中观察组的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合中药穴位注射+外敷温经药酒+电磁波理疗,在原发性膝骨关节炎疾病治疗中,可对患者的疼痛、活动受限、功能障碍等问题起到积极改善作用。
Objective To study the effect of combined treatment of primary knee osteoarthritis with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint injection+topical warming medicinal wine+electromagnetic wave physiotherapy.Methods From January 2021 to September 2021,180 cases of primary knee osteoarthritis were selected and included in the study.The treatment plan of the patients was used as the basis for grouping,and the efficacy of the control study was conducted.Results The pain score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the knee joint function score was higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups before treatment the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was a certain increase in the scores of the two groups after treatment,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint injection of traditional Chinese medicine+topical warming medicinal wine+electromagnetic wave physiotherapy can positively improve patients’pain,activity limitation,dysfunction and other problems in the treatment of primary knee osteoarthritis.
