摘要
目的探析胱抑素C及凝血功能指标对急性脑梗死患者的临床检验价值。方法随机抽取兴宁市鸿惠医院于2020年1月至2021年1月收治的30例急性脑梗死患者作为此次研究的实验组,另选取同一时期来本院进行体检的30例健康者作为此次研究的对照组,针对两组患者均进行胱抑素C及凝血功能指标的检测,并对比两种指标在健康体检者、急性脑梗死患者,急性脑梗死不同分期中的检验价值。结果实验组的胱抑素C水平及凝血功能指标(FIB)相比对照组较高,凝血功能指标(PT与APTT)较低,组间对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);进展型脑梗死及完全型脑梗死患者的CysC指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),进展型脑梗死患者的FIB水平高于完全型脑梗死,PT及APTT指标低于完全型脑梗死患者,组间对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胱抑素C水平及凝血功能指标对于急性脑梗死患者具有较好的临床检验价值,对急性脑梗死的不同疾病分期进行判断,可明确疾病严重程度,为临床诊疗提供科学的依据,可进行一定的推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of cystatin C and coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,30 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly selected as the experimental group,and 30 healthy patients who came to our hospital for physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.Cystatin C and coagulation function were detected in both groups,to compare the value of the two indexes in physical examination,patients with acute cerebral infarction and different stages of acute cerebral infarction.Results The level of cystatin C and coagulation function index(FIB)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the coagulation function index(PT and APTT)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CysC between patients with progressive cerebral infarction and patients with complete cerebral infarction(P>0.05).FIB level of patients with progressive cerebral infarction was higher than that of patients with complete cerebral infarction,while PT and APTT indexes were lower than those of patients with complete cerebral infarction.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Cystatin C level and coagulation function index have good clinical value for patients with acute cerebral infarction,and judging the different stages of acute cerebral infarction can determine the severity of the disease and provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and can be popularized and applied.
