摘要
目的研究在筛查乳腺癌疾病中采取彩色多普勒超声检查的临床效果。方法选取广东省罗定市妇幼保健院2018年10月-2020年8月收治的100例乳腺癌患者作为本次实验研究的主要对象,所有患者均实行彩色多普勒超声检查,分析其临床应用效果。结果通过对100例乳腺癌患者实行病理检查可知,乳腺癌患者60例,良性病变40例,在已经确诊为乳腺癌的患者中,通过彩色多普勒超声检出55例,漏诊5例。在40例良性病变患者中,彩色多普勒超声检出28例,误诊12例。彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌敏感性为82.09%,特异度为84.85%,准确性为83.00%。结论彩色多普勒超声检查在乳腺癌疾病筛查中的有效应用,其能够对患者的良恶性病变进行有效诊断,临床中有着较高的诊断准确性,并且操作简便,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To study clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasonography in screening breast cancer.Methods The paper chose 100 cases breast cancer patients in our hospital from October 2018 to August 2020 as main experiment objects.All cases were examined by color Doppler ultrasound for clinical effect analysis.Results Based on pathological examination of 100 cases of breast cancer,60 cases of breast cancer and 40 cases of benign lesions were detected,55 cases were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound,and 5 cases missed diagnosis.Among 40 cases with benign lesions,28 cases were detected by color Doppler ultrasound and 12 cases were misdiagnosed.Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing breast cancer were 82.09%,84.85%and 83%respectively.Conclusion Effective application of color Doppler ultrasonography can effectively diagnose benign and malignant lesions in breast cancer screening with high accuracy in diagnosis,which is easy to operate and safe,and worthy of promotion.
