摘要
目的分析无创呼吸机应用于慢性呼吸衰竭病人临床治疗中的有效性。方法以2019年1月-2020年9月收治的84例慢性呼吸衰竭病人作为对象进行研究,将病人随机分对照组和研究组,两组各42例,对照组采用常规的对症治疗,研究组则在对症治疗基础上使用无创呼吸机进行治疗,观察两组临床治疗的有效性。结果对照组治疗后的总有效性是71.43%,研究组是88.10%,研究组临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压及二氧化碳分压水平相比之下区别不明显(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项指标均有所改善,研究组改善效果比对照组更好(P<0.05)。结论在慢性呼吸衰竭临床治疗中加用无创呼吸机能够明显提高疗效,改善病人血气指标,值得推荐。
Objective To analyze effectiveness of noninvasive ventilator in clinical treatment of chronic respiratory failure patients.Methods The paper chose 84 cases chronic respiratory failure patients treated from January 2019 to September 2020,and divided them into control group and study group randomly and equally,42 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment,and study group with noninvasive ventilator on the basis of symptomatic treatment.Effectiveness of clinical treatment was observed between two groups.Results Total effective rate was 71.43%in control group and 88.10%in study group.Clinical effective rate in study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood oxygen saturation,arterial oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,all indexes of two groups were improved,improvement effect of study group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator can significantly improve curative effect and improve blood gas index of in clinical treatment of chronic respiratory failure patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
