摘要
目的探究分析在妊娠糖尿病护理中加强健康教育的作用和最终护理效果。方法收入24例妊娠糖尿病患者纳入本组研究,均分为两组,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组患者的生活自我管理行为能力高于对照组,不良妊娠结局发生率为0%,远低于对照组的8.33%,数据经统计分析对比结果显示P<0.05;观察组患者的血糖指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);患者对疾病的健康知识掌握度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在妊娠糖尿病护理中能够帮助患者认识到更多正确的与疾病相关的病理性知识,加深其对疾病的理解与提高健康知识的认知掌握度,有助于规范其日常生活行为,继而更好地监测和控制血糖指标,并且能够稳定心理状态,提高护理依从性,最终取得理想的护理成效,达到降低不良妊娠结局发生风险的护理目标。
Objective To explore and analyze the role of strengthening health education in the care of gestational diabetes and the ultimate nursing effect.Methods A total of 24 patients with gestational diabetes were included in the study,and they were divided into two groups to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The life self-management ability of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 0%,which was much lower than 8.33%in the control group.The results of statistical analysis and comparison of the data showed P<0.05.The improvement of the blood glucose index of the patients was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The patient’s knowledge of disease health knowledge was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education in the care of gestational diabetes can help patients recognize more correct pathological knowledge related to the disease,deepen their understanding of the disease and improve their knowledge of health knowledge,and help standardize their daily behaviors.And then better monitor and control blood glucose indicators,and can stabilize the psychological state,improve nursing compliance,and ultimately achieve ideal nursing results,and achieve the nursing goal of reducing the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
