摘要
目的分析探讨血小板聚集功能在急性脑小血管病患者及脑大血管病变患者血清中水平变化的临床意义。方法选择2018~2020年在新疆巴州人民医院神经内科住院有明确临床症状与体征的急性脑血管病,经头颅CT或MRI确诊为急性脑梗死患者83例,其中急性脑小血管病患者35例,脑大血管病变患者48例,将脑小血管患者作为观察组1,脑大血管病变患者作为观察组2,再选取同时间段的健康体检者45例作为对照组,将观察组与对照组的血小板聚集功能、利用Logistic回归分析对胶原的多重比较与对花生四烯酸的多重比较进行分析。结果观察组两组患者的二磷酸腺苷、肾上腺素、胶原数据指标明显低于对照组,在Logistic多因素回归分析中,观察组患者的各项数据异于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血小板聚集功能在急性脑小血管病患者及脑大血管病变患者血清中的水平变化具有积极意义,对于患者的诊断治疗与预后都有重要参考价值,值得推广与应用于临床医学的诊疗中。
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of platelet aggregation function in the serum levels of patients with acute cerebral small vessel disease and patients with cerebral macrovascular disease.Methods Selected from 2018 to 2020 in the Department of Neurology of Bazhou People’s Hospital,were hospitalized with clear clinical symptoms and signs of acute cerebrovascular disease.Eighty-three patients with acute cerebral infarction were diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI,including acute cerebral small blood vessels.There are 35 patients with disease and 48 patients with cerebral macrovascular disease.The patients with cerebral microvascular disease are regarded as observation group 1,and the patients with cerebral macrovascular disease are regarded as observation group 2.Then 45 healthy physical examination patients at the same time period will be selected as the control group.The platelet aggregation function of the group and the control group,logistic regression analysis of multiple comparisons of collagen and logistic regression analysis of multiple comparisons of arachidonic acid were analyzed.Results The data indicators of adenosine diphosphate,epinephrine,and collagen in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.In the Logistic multivariate regression analysis,the data in the observation group were different from those in the control group,and the difference in data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of platelet aggregation function in the serum of patients with acute cerebral small vessel disease and patients with cerebral macrovascular disease are of positive significance.It has an important reference for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of patients,and it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical medicine.
