摘要
目的利用BC-5300血液细胞分析仪检测的异常结果报告及异常散点图信息进行初步筛查疟原虫感染。方法中国援建尼日尔综合示范医院2020年7月-12月就诊病例300例,根据血常规异常报警的信息分组,对A组150例血常规结果或散点图出现异常的样本和B组150例血常规结果及散点图无异常的样本分别进行涂片、染色,显微镜下查找疟原虫。结果对A、B两组患者血液涂片进行光学显微镜下疟原虫观察,显微镜下观察到疟原虫,结果为阳性;未观察到疟原虫结果为阴性,A组患者中显微镜下找到疟原虫139例,阳性率为92.66%(139/150),B组患者中显微镜下找到疟原虫5例,阳性率为3.33%(5/150),A组患者疟原虫发现率明显更高于B组患者(P<0.05)。结论在疟疾高流行的尼日尔,对BC5300血细胞分析仪的异常结果进行分析联合血涂片染色镜检对疟疾进行快速、及时地筛查与诊断具有一定的价值,准确率高,在援外医疗的具体工作中值得推广。
Objective To use the abnormal result report and abnormal scatter diagram information detected by bc-5300 hematology analyzer for preliminary screening of Plasmodium infection.Methods The China-assisted Niger Comprehensive Demonstration Hospital saw 300 cases from July to December 2020,grouped according to the information of the abnormal routine blood alarm,150 samples with abnormal blood routine results or scatter plot in group A and 150 samples with normal blood routine results and scatter plot in group B were smeared and stained respectively.Malaria parasites were found under the microscope.Results Plasmodium was observed optically on the blood smear of A,B,which was positive.Plasmodium was negative,139 malaria parasites were found under the microscope in group A,with a positive rate of 92.66%(139/150),and 5 malaria parasites were found under the microscope in group B,with a positive rate of 3.33%(5/150),The discovery rate of Plasmodium in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion In Niger,where malaria is highly prevalent,analyzing the abnormal results of bc5300 blood cell analyzer combined with blood smear staining microscopy is of certain value for rapid and timely screening and diagnosis of malaria,High accuracy rate,which is worthy of popularization in the specific work of foreign aid medical treatment.
