摘要
目的探讨血流变指标在妊娠高血压病情诊断中的价值。方法选取2020年1月-2021年1月本院收治的55例妊娠期高血压患者进行研究,作为观察组;另在同期接受产检的健康产妇中选取55例,作为对照组。两组均接受血流变指标检测,观察对比观察组、对照组产妇全血黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞指数指标水平;同时对比观察组组内单纯妊娠期高血压患者、子痫前期患者血流变指标水平。结果观察组全血黏度高切、中切、低切均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组内单纯妊娠期高血压患者全血黏度高切、中切、低切均低于子痫前期患者(P<0.05)。观察组全血还原黏度高切、中切、低切均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组内单纯妊娠期高血压患者高切、中切、低切全血还原黏度低于子痫前期患者(P<0.05)。观察组红细胞指数中电泳指数、聚集指数、刚性指数均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中单纯妊娠期高血压患者电泳指数、聚集指数、刚性指数低于子痫前期患者(P<0.05)。结论血流变指标在妊娠期高血压诊断中具有较高参考价值,罹患妊娠期高血压患者全血黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞指数指标均高于健康产妇;并且子痫前期患者全血黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞指数高于单纯妊娠期高血压患者,提示血流变指标变化可反应高血压病变程度。
Objective To explore the value of hemorheology in the diagnosis of pregnancy hypertension.Methods 55 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group.In addition,55 healthy women who received prenatal examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were tested for hemorheological indexes,and the whole blood viscosity,whole blood reduced viscosity and red blood cell index were observed and compared between the observation group and the control group.At the same time,the hemorheological indexes of patients with hypertension during pregnancy and preeclampsia were compared in the observation group.Results The whole blood viscosity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the whole blood viscosity of patients with hypertension during pregnancy alone was lower than that of patients with preeclampsia(P<0.05).The whole blood reducing viscosity of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the reduced blood viscosity of hypertensive patients during pregnancy was lower than that of preeclampsia patients(P<0.05).The electrophoretic index,aggregation index and rigidity index of RBC in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The electrophoretic index,aggregation index and rigidity index of patients with hypertension during pregnancy were lower than those of patients with preeclampsia(P<0.05).Conclusion The hemorheological index has a high reference value in the diagnosis of gestational hypertension.The whole blood viscosity,whole blood reducing viscosity and red blood cell index of patients with gestational hypertension are higher than those of healthy parturients.In addition,the whole blood viscosity,the whole blood reduced viscosity and the red blood cell index of the patients with preeclampsia were higher than those of the patients with hypertension during pregnancy alone,suggesting that the changes of blood rheological indexes could reflect the degree of hypertension lesions.
