摘要
目的研究在瘀血阻滞证冠心病心绞痛患者中采取高山红景天口服液的临床效果。方法依据抽签法的形式对2017年6月-2020年6月收治的56例瘀血阻滞证冠心病心绞痛患者实施分组比对,每组各28例,常规组实施常规治疗,试验组实施高山红景天口服液治疗,计算验证试验组与常规组患者治疗总有效率、IL-18、hs-CRP、中医证候评分、动脉血流速度、心绞痛发作频次、心绞痛间隔时间、心绞痛持续时间。结果试验组瘀血阻滞证冠心病心绞痛患者治疗后治疗总有效率、IL-18、hs-CRP、中医证候评分、动脉血流速度、心绞痛发作频次、心绞痛间隔时间、心绞痛持续时间与常规组数据比对(P<0.05),具备统计学数据指标之间的分析论证差异。试验组与常规组瘀血阻滞证冠心病心绞痛患者治疗后IL-18、hs-CRP、中医证候评分、动脉血流速度优于治疗前数据(P<0.05),具备统计学数据指标之间的分析论证差异。结论将高山红景天口服液应用在瘀血阻滞证冠心病心绞痛患者中利于改善临床症状,值得借鉴。
Objective To study clinical effect of alpine rhodiola oral liquid on coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients with blood stasis block syndrome.Methods The paper chose 56 cases coronary heart disease and angina pectoris patients with blood stasis syndrome from June 2017 to June 2020,and divided them into groups according to lottery form,28 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with routine treatment,and experimental group with alpine rhodiola oral liquid.Total effective rate,IL-18,hs CRP,TCM syndrome scores and arterial blood flow velocity,frequency of angina pectoris,interval of angina pectoris,duration of angina pectoris were compared between groups.Results After treatment,total effective rate,IL-18,hs CRP,TCM syndrome scores,arterial blood flow velocity,angina attack frequency,angina interval and angina duration in experimental group were better than routine group,(P<0.05).IL-18,hs CRP,TCM syndrome scores and arterial blood flow velocity of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with blood stasis block syndrome in experimental group and routine group were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Alpine rhodiola oral liquid can improve clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris and blood stasis block syndrome,which is worthy of reference.
