摘要
目的分析在医疗质量管理中采取PDCA原理管理措施的管理效果。方法将本院在2019年1~12月医院感染管理工作作为对照组研究对象,为采取PDCA管理实施前的常规管理;另见2020年1~12月医院感染管理工作作为观察组研究对象,采取PDCA管理措施,分析在PDCA管理实施前后院内手卫生执行情况、消毒隔离合格率、医疗废物合格处置率以及医疗用品专用率,分析抗菌药物使用情况。结果两组之间手卫生执行情况、消毒隔离合格率、医疗废物合格处置率以及医疗用品专用率对比可见,观察组医护人员明显更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);两组之间抗菌药物使用合格率可见,观察组医护人员合格率明显更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在医疗质量管理中采取PDCA原理管理措施能够有效提高院内管理质量,提高医护人员对自身的感染防控意识,加强医护人员的手卫生执行率,提高院内消毒合格率、医疗废物合格处置率以及医疗用品专用率,并加强对抗菌药物的使用管理,提高院感管理质量,对医院整体管理发展有较高的临床价值,适合医院质量管理全过程应用,为患者提供更加优质的服务措施。
Objective To analyze the management effect of PDCA principle management measures in medical quality management.Methods The hospital infection management work in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 was used as the control group to adopt the routine management before the implementation of PDCA management.See also the hospital infection management from January 2020 to December 2020 as the research object of the observation group,take PDCA management measures,analyze the implementation of hand hygiene in the hospital,the qualified rate of disinfection and isolation,the qualified disposal rate of medical waste and the special rate of medical supplies before and after the implementation of PDCA management,and analyze the use of antibiotics.Results The comparison of hand hygiene performance,disinfection and isolation qualification rate,medical waste qualified disposal rate,and medical supplies special rate between the two groups showed that the medical staff in the observation group were significantly higher,and there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It can be seen that the qualified rate of antimicrobial use among the observation group was significantly higher,and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting PDCA principle management measures in medical quality management can effectively improve the quality of hospital management,increase the awareness of infection prevention and control of medical staff,strengthen the implementation rate of medical staff’s hand hygiene,improve the qualified rate of disinfection in the hospital,the qualified disposal rate of medical waste and the special rate of medical supplies,and strengthen the management of the use of antibacterial drugs,improve the quality of hospital management,have high clinical value to the overall management of the hospital,suitable for the whole process of hospital quality management,and provide patients with better service measures.
