摘要
目的分析早期糖尿病肾病运用黄葵胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗的效果。方法将2018年7月-2021年7月我院内分泌科收治的60例早期糖尿病肾病患者纳入研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组患者采用常规羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组采用黄葵胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗,对两组患者的显效率、总有效率、不良反应发生率及治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐水平、24h尿蛋白排泄率、血尿素氮进行对比分析。结果观察组显效率、治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐水平、24h尿蛋白排泄率、血尿素氮比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐水平、24h尿蛋白排泄率、血尿素氮均明显改善,观察组改善水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期糖尿病肾病运用黄葵胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗具有非常显著的效果,能够明显提升患者的治疗显效率和总有效率,促进24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐水平、24h尿蛋白排泄率、血尿素氮改善,且不会增加不良反应发生,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of Huangkui Capsule Combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Sixty patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to our department of Endocrinology from July 2018 to July 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate,while the observation group was treated with calcium chloride combined with calcium chloride.The effective rate and total effective rate of the two groups were compared.The incidence of adverse reactions,24h urinary protein quantitation,serum creatinine level,24h urinary protein excretion rate and blood urea nitrogen before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in 24h urinary protein,serum creatinine,24h urinary protein excretion rate and blood urea nitrogen between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,24h urinary protein,serum creatinine,24h urinary protein excretion rate and blood urea nitrogen were significantly improved,the improvement level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with Huangkui Capsule combined with calcium dobesilate has a very significant effect.It can significantly improve the markedly effective rate and total effective rate of patients,promote 24h urinary protein quantification,serum creatinine level,24h urinary protein excretion rate,blood urea nitrogen improvement,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
