摘要
目的分析研究肇庆市用血情况的季节变化及临床用血增长速度,为规范临床用血和保证临床输血的针对性提供相关依据,还可以为采供血单位调整工作提供一些依据。方法回顾性2017~2020年一季度肇庆市用血情况,统计总供血量,分析各成分血液用量的变化趋势。结果每年一季度为用血低峰期,四季度进入高峰期。成分输血率从2017年98%上升到2020年的99.7%。血液年均增长速度1.7%。不同血液成分处于不均衡增长,增长速度最快为血小板,增长速度最慢为红细胞。红细胞使用量月份波动较血浆平稳。结论肇庆市成分输血比例达99.7%,已达国际先进水平。近3年临床用血量增长迅速,用血量具有季节性特点。
Objective To analyze the seasonal changes of blood use and the growth rate of clinical blood use in Zhaoqing City,so as to provide relevant basis for standardizing the clinical blood use and ensuring the pertinency of clinical blood transfusion,and to provide some basis for the adjustment of blood collection and supply units.Methods Blood consumption in Zhaoqing city from 2017 to the first quarter of 2020 was reviewed,the total blood supply was counted,and the trend of blood consumption of each component was analyzed.Results The first quarter of each year was the low peak period,and the fourth quarter was the peak period.The rate of component transfusion increased from 98 percent in 2017 to 99.7 percent in 2020.Blood growth averaged 1.7%a year.Different blood components in an uneven growth,the fastest growth rate is platelets,the slowest growth rate is red blood cells.The monthly fluctuation of erythrocyte usage was more stable than that of plasma.Conclusion The proportion of component blood transfusion in Zhaoqing city is 99.7%,which has reached the international advanced level.In recent 3 years,the volume of clinical blood use increased rapidly,and the volume of blood use had seasonal characteristics.
