摘要
目的分析艾滋病抗体检测中使用酶联免疫法和胶体金法的效果。方法以本院2019年6月-2020年6月诊治的艾滋病患者60例作为研究对象,其中早期HIV患者20例,中晚期HIV患者40例,对患者均予以酶联免疫法和胶体金法进行艾滋病抗体检验,分析两种检验方式的检测效果。结果早期HIV患者中酶联免疫法检测阳性率95.00%,胶体金法阳性率90.00%,两组(χ^(2)=2.3012,P=0.7414)无显著差异,P>0.05。中晚期HIV患者中酶联免疫法阳性率95.00%,胶体金法阳性率97.50%,两组(χ^(2)=0.5236,P=0.8520)无显著差异,P>0.05。两组患者(χ^(2)=1.2036,P=0.3201)满意度无显著差异,P>0.05。两种检测方式的敏感度,特异性,误诊率,漏诊率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论酶联免疫法和胶体金法抗体检测准确性无显著差异,均可作为艾滋病抗体检测的有效手段,帮助患者提高艾滋病的临床检出率,降低疾病对患者机体的危害。
Objective To analyze effect of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and colloidal gold method(ELISA)in detection of AIDS antibody.Methods The paper chose 60 cases AIDS patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 as research objects.Among them,20 cases were diagnosed as early HIV and 40 cases of advanced HIV.All cases were tested for HIV antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and colloidal gold method,results of two test methods were analyzed.Results Positive rate of ELISA in early HIV patients was 95.00%,that of colloidal gold was 90.00%,with no significant difference between two groups(χ^(2)=2.3012,P=0.7414),P>0.05.Positive rate of ELISA of patients with advanced HIV was 95.00%and that of colloidal gold was 97.50%,with no significant difference between two groups(χ^(2)=0.5236,P=0.8520),P>0.05.There was no significant difference in satisfaction degree between two groups,with no significant difference(χ^(2)=1.2036,P=0.3201),P>0.05.There was no significant difference in sensitivity,specificity,misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate between two methods,(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in accuracy of antibody detection between ELISA and colloidal gold method,which can be effective means to detect AIDS antibodies,improve clinical detection rate and reduce harm of disease to AIDS patients.
