摘要
目的对腔隙性脑梗死患者开展血浆D-D+FDP+血清hs-CRP检测后,分析诊断价值。方法选取2020年3月-2021年1月在我院检查的腔隙性脑梗死患者86例,纳入研究组;另外选择同时间段内来我院接受健康体检的86例受检者,列入对照组。两组患者均开展血浆D-D、FDP以及血清hs-CRP联合检测,观察两组的检查结果。结果在血浆D-D、FDP以及血清hs-CRP水平上,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。在单独血浆D-D、FDP、血清hs-CRP检测以及联合指标检测的阳性率上,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在血浆D-D、FDP以及血清hs-CRP水平上,病情控制组明显低于病情未控制组(P<0.05)。结论血浆D-D、FDP以及血清hs-CRP用于腔隙性脑梗死的诊断效果良好,临床可进一步推广运用。
Objective To carry out in patients with lacunar cerebral infarction plasma D-D+FDP+hs-CRP detection,after analysis of diagnostic value.Methods Select in March 2020 to January 2021 in our hospital to check 86 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction,included in the study group.Another choice with time period to the hospital to accept physical examination of 86 cases of subjects,listed in the control group.Both groups of patients carried out combined detection of plasma D-D,FDP and serum hs-CRP,and observed the examination results of the two groups.Results The levels of plasma D-D,FDP and serum hs-CRP in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of plasma D-D,FDP,serum hs-CRP detection and combined index detection was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of plasma D-D,FDP and serum hs-CRP in the control group were significantly lower than those in the uncontrolled group(P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma D-D,FDP and serum hs-CRP are effective in diagnosing lacunar cerebral infarction and can be further promoted in clinical practice.
