血管性轻度认知障碍患者前额叶皮层结构分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血管性轻度认知障碍(VaMCI)患者前额叶结构变化。方法采用MRI扫描技术,利用脑医生平台分析14例VaMCI患者和12例正常对照组的双侧眶额部皮层、额中回、额下回三角部的脑皮质厚度,采用痴呆简易筛查量表(MMSE)和蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评定受试者认知功能。结果双侧额下回三角部脑皮质厚度基本一致,差别无显著性差异,P值>0.05;双侧眶额部皮质及双侧额中回脑皮质厚度有差别,差别有显著性意义,P<0.05。结论VaMCI患者前额叶脑皮层厚度已经出现改变,利用MRI检查和脑医生平台,结合认知功能评定能为早期诊断VaMCI提供有力的参考依据。 Objective To study prefrontal cortex thicknesses in mild vascular cognitive impairment patients.Methods The thicknesses of orbito-frontal cortex,middle frontal gyri and pars triangularis gyri frontalis inferioris in 14 VaMCI patients and 12 normal controls were measured with Drbrain platform.The cognitive function were assessed by MMSE and MoCA in all subjects.Results The thicknesses of bilateral pars triangularis gyri frontalis inferioris had no significant difference between VaMCI patients and normal control subjects(P>0.05).The thicknesses of bilateral orbito-frontal cortex,middle frontal gyri had significant difference between VaMCI patients and normal control subjects(P<0.05).Conclusion The thincknesses become thinner of orbito-frontal cortex and middle frontal gyri cortex in VaMCI patients,the assessment of cognitive function and MRI test can offer a powerful reference for the early diagnosis of VaMCI.
