摘要
目的研究探讨多普勒超声在老年保留射血分数的左心室舒张功能减退中的应用价值和意义。方法将2020年1月-2021年8月在本院住院行超声心动图检查的老年患者50例作为本研究的对象列为观察组,所有观察者左心室射血分数EF>50%,左心室舒张功能减退,二尖瓣口血流速度A峰<E峰。将同期体检健康者40例列为对照组。所有研究对象进行心脏超声检查,观察对比其多普勒检查的情况。结果两组研究对象的多普勒超声指标E峰、E/A、E/E’、PAS存在差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多普勒超声对于老年保留射血分数的左心室舒张功能减退中的诊断具有很高的价值,为患者后期临床治疗提供重要治疗依据,并采取针对性治疗措施,对降低死亡率有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the value and significance of Doppler ultrasound in left ventricular diastolic dysfunction with preserved ejection fraction in the elderly.Methods Fifty elderly patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction with preserved ejection fraction who were treated in the undergraduate room from January 2020 to August 2021 were included in the observation group as the subjects of this study,left ventricular ejection fraction of selected subjects EF>50%,left ventricular diastolic dysfunction and A peak<E peak.A total of 40 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination during the same period were included as the control group.All study subjects underwent cardiac ultrasonography to observe and compare their Doppler examinations.Results The Doppler ultrasound indexes E peak、E/A、E/E’、PAS of the two groups of patients were different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is of high value in the diagnosis of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction with preserved ejection fraction in the elderly.It provides important treatment basis for the later clinical treatment of patients and adopts targeted treatment measures,which has a positive significance for reducing mortality rates.
