摘要
慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心病)合并高血压在临床上很是常见,其临床表现复杂多样,个体化明显,风险评估、治疗效果、预后等各不相同,了解近年来肺心病合并高血压的相关特征,有助于肺心病合并高血压的临床诊治和健康管理。现综合近10年相关研究,作一综述。
Chronic pulmonary heart disease with hypertension is very common in clinic.It/s clinical manifestations are complex and diverse,individualization is obvious,risk assessment,treatment effect and prognosis are different.Understanding the related special diagnosis of cor-pulmonale with hypertension in recent years is helpful to the clinical diagnosis,treatment and health management of cor-pulmonale with hypertension.This paper summarizes the related research in recent 10 years.
