摘要
心肌梗死是影响我国居民健康的主要心血管疾病之一,随着现代医学的发展,人们对于心肌梗死的治疗手段愈加提高,心肌梗死急性发作时的紧急救治有了很大改善,而心肌梗死的远期预后问题则变得尤为突出,心肌纤维化作为影响心肌梗死远期预后的最主要因素,逐渐成为当前研究的热点。心肌纤维化是心肌梗死后的代偿性反应,主要由于心脏的成纤维细胞产生胶原瘢痕组织所引起,但随着时间的推移往往会导致消极的后果,严重影响心肌梗死患者的远期预后及生活质量。更好地认识心肌纤维化,将有助于探索新的治疗方法来干预心肌纤维化的发生、发展,改善患者预后。本文通过对于近年来心肌梗死后心肌纤维化的发生机制、诊断以及治疗的相关研究进行综述,为心肌梗死后心肌纤维化提供新的认识。
Myocardial infarction is one of the major cardiovascular diseases affecting the health of Chinese residents.With the development of modern medicine,people’s treatment methods for myocardial infarction have been increasingly improved,and the emergency treatment during the acute attack of myocardial infarction has been greatly improved,while the long-term prognosis of myocardial infarction has become particularly prominent.Myocardial fibrosis is the most important factor affecting the long-term prognosis of myocardial infarction,It has gradually become the focus of current research.Myocardial fibrosis is a compensatory response after myocardial infarction,which is mainly caused by collagen scar tissue produced by cardiac fibroblasts,but it often leads to negative consequences over time,which seriously affects the long-term prognosis and quality of life of patients with myocardial infarction.A better understanding of myocardial fibrosis will help to explore new treatment methods to intervene the occurrence and development of myocardial fibrosis and improve the prognosis of patients.This paper reviews the research on the mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of myocardial fibrosis after myocardial infarction in recent years,so as to provide a new understanding for myocardial fibrosis after myocardial infarction.
